SHIPPING

Victorian deliveries of artworks are delivered using DMR Art Studio own delivery service or through an independent contractor.

 Shipping Internationally or within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use a variety of courier and delivery services depending on the size and fragility and weight of the item. International items may incur custom  and or duty fees and costs depending on the country being delivered to.

 A signature may be required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.

 Please advise us in writing if your art work has not been received within seven days so that we may investigate its consignment and the whereabouts of the delivery. If you have any specific requirements such as insurance for your shipping please advise us on the day of ordering at dmrartstudio@live.com or 0418344642 (International calls +61 418344642 as this will incur further costs. Express postage / shipping can be quoted for you with an additional cost. 

 If there is no one at the delivery address at time of delivery, and a redelivery is required you will be required to pay a redelivery fee.
